The vineyard is located in the East of Austria, Southeast from Vienna. The area is called Burgenland and is a big low-land plain, containing also a huge National Park closeby. The climate is continental with warm and dry Summers and cold Winters. Rainfall can be quite little. The average is 450mm per year.
Classical rosé production using short maceration to give the optimal rosé coloring. Very reductive, using carbon gas to ensure best color retention.
Sandy-clay soil, textured with gravels formed after a million years old fluvial movements.

Normal classical trellising system, allowing optimal sun and air permeation.
- Tasting Notes:
Ripe strawberry, lemon and pepper make for a most appetizing nose. The light-bodied palate empahsizes the citrus freshness as well as the spicy berry roundness and comes to a fresh, dry finish.Wine Enthusiast
