Following are some suggested organic wine pairings, perfect for any celebration. All of the wines in our portfolio are crafted by small family farmers in Europe. They are made with 100% USDA certified organically grown grapes, and some as indicated below have no sulfites added and carry the organic seal on the label. All of the wines are vegan-friendly, using no animal byproducts in processing, and all are Non-GMO Project Verified. Holiday Menu Organic Wine Pairing

Les Hauts de Lagarde Bordeaux Blanc

Turkey or Goose–90 point Les Hauts de Lagarde Bordeaux Blanc and Biodynamic Bioukult Grüner Veltliner -Both have good acidity with a touch of citrus fruit to cleanse your palate from the myriad of flavors; No Sulfites Added Organic Spartico Tempranillo-Cabernet is a lighter red that’s low in tannins that can also be a great option for a heavy traditional poultry dinner.

Ham, Roast Beef or Brisket pair nicely with Tarantas Tempranillo Crianza -lighter in body and style and subtle tannins for easy pairing; or set up a Sangria station utilizing seasonal fruits such as pomegranate and oranges for a more informal Holiday gathering; Les Hauts de Lagarde Bordeaux Rouge pairs perfectly with a honey glazed ham, Noodle Kugel or a spectacular vegetarian feast.
