Tarantas Brut Organic Cava
75% Organic Macabeo, 25% Organic Chardonnay
Made with a selection of the best organically grown Macabeo & Chardonnay grapes, the new Tarantas Brut Organic Cava achieves greater complexity by combining grape clusters from diverse climatic areas within the Cava region of Valencia.
The grapes are gently pressed, then left to rest on a fraction of the must to achieve a finesse expressed by this Cava. The first fermentation and the second (in the bottle) have been carried out at low temperature (61ºF) to obtain the fruity and floral aromatic range so characteristic of this Valencian Cava.
The resulting wine is a pale yellow color with greenish hues. Fine bubble and persistent foam tones. On the nose it displays intense aromas of pear and apple with notes of lime and white flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, with a very well-integrated acidity leaving a long and elegant floral finish. Ideal with any type of fish, seafood and rice based dishes. It pairs perfectly with well marinated meat carpaccio & maki or sashimi.

Tarantas Brut Organic Rosé Cava
100% Organic Grenache
This organic rosé cava has been made with a selection of the best Grenache grapes, grown with southern exposure to maintain its subtle and floral aroma. It has remained over 9 months at 63ºF in maximum calm and without any changes in temperature or light, gaining complexity, roundness in the mouth and fineness in the bubble day by day.
The wine has a red currant color with reddish reflections, with bright, fine bubbles that are persistent and elegant. Its intense fragrance displays aromas of ripe red fruit on a background of pastry and mocha with subtle citrus notes. Creamy, broad and persistent texture in the mouth, with balanced acidity, and slight memories of rye bread with a long finish. This elegant rosé cava is ideal for tasting throughout the meal. Its creaminess in the mouth prevents it from saturating the palate, pairing especially well with fish and roast meat dishes.
