This cava has been made with a selection of the best Macabeo & Chardonnay grapes, seeking greater complexity by combining in the clusters from diverse climatic areas.
It has been gently pressed. Remaining alone with the noblest fraction of the must to achieve the finesse expressed by this Cava. In addition, the first fermentation and the second (in the bottle) have been carried out at low temperature (61 ºF) looking for a fruity and floral aromatic range so characteristic to this Valencian Cava.

A quaffable blend of macabeo and chadonnay. It smells of yellow apples, peaches and budding flowers. The freshness lingers long enough to bridge from oysters to meaty white fish.
Wine & Spirits, 90 Points, June 2020 IssuePale yellow color with greenish hues. Fine bubble and persistent foam tones. On the nose it displays intense aromas of pear and apple with notes of lime and white flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, with a very well-integrated acidity leaving a long and elegant floral after taste.

Ideal with any type of fish, seafood and rice based dishes. It pairs perfectly with well marinated meat carpaccio & maki or sashimi.
