The Wines From Spainteam recently hosted a culinary school event at Robert Morris University located in Chicago, Illinois, featuring Granza Verdejo. The educational event was a huge success with the Best of Spain Series seminar attended by 48 students at Robert Morris University. The program aims to promote Spanish wine among young and future US chefs and sommeliers. Participants tasted a flight of diverse and iconic wines from throughout the country, including Spanish organic wine Granza Verdejo from the Rueda D.O., produced by Bodega Matarromera.
