Made with Organically farmed grapes, this opens with enticing aromas of citrus blossom and Bartlett pear. The bright palate delivers white peach, lemon zest and almond alongside crisp acidity and refined bubbles.
Wine EnthusiastMedium intense aromas of pear drops, orchard fruit, green apples and nettles. Citrus peel surges through the palate and onto the clean finish.
DecanterFresh and floral, notes of white flowers, freesia, apple blossom, and almond blossom, with zesty lemon and tangerine aromatics with crisp green apples and Anjou pears, vanilla custard, green strawberry, lemon curd, lime zest, and signature Prosecco sweet-tart candy on the palate. Bright acidity with fine and persistent mousse of firm bubbles that burst with aromatics and flavor.
NM - Enjoy with:
Sushi and sashimi, spicy Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, crab quiche, Mexican street tacos, and cured meat charcuterie boards with tangy, salty Italian cheeses such as Casatella or French Camembert.
