A mild climate (due to the Atlantic Ocean). Lots of sunshine, and regular rain, the hillside situation and the clay-limestone soil, gravels offer the best conditions for the growth of the vines and the grapes.

Harvested by hand. Vinified and aged in 400 liters new french barrels.

- Training system:
The vineyard is held up by Guyot double (Bordeaux style)to obtain the best maturity and also to avoid the phytosanitary disease. The vine is held up by wires.
- Tasting Notes:

Produced from a parcel of 50-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon, with a touch of Malbec, this wine is aged in large wooden barrels for two years. The organically grown grapes give a crisp purity to the wine, bringing out black currants, crisp acidity and firm tannins. The wine will age well, drink from 2021.
