So Pure is one of the best “natural” wines in Argentina, made from a blend of Bonarda and 10% Malbec with no added sulphur dioxide. 40% carbonic maceration adds lots of crunch and vibrancy to the palate, with spicy bramble and blackberry fruit, fine tannins and top notes of rose petal and incense.Tim Atkin
