Grapes come from Nuna Vineyard, in, Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza.
Altitude: 960 m.
Climate: Sunny and dry, large thermal amplitude.
Vinification process is very respectful to the grapes. Traditional maceration is combined with a portion of CO2 maceraton. Cold soaking is performed until the natural fermentation starts. Extraction process is very gentle and lasts for about 15 days. Temperatures are controlled between 78-86 ºF.
Mostly loam, with sandy loam spots of 100 cm and deeper. Calcium carbonate covered with
gravel in some areas.

Vines trained in VSP. Depending on specific soil conditions, Guyot or Cordon is used as pruning

Shows minerally and peppery accents to the crushed red fruit flavors, with plenty of savory notes.Wine Spectator
A modern focus brings out the dark, black fruits like black plums, black raspberries and brandy-soaked black cherries. The wine exhibits a smoky flinty aroma with notes of balsam and cedar on the finish. The wine has moderate acidity balancing its integrated, silky tannins.NM
