The estate is located in the rich and flourishing countryside in the north of Treviso, and the vineyards are situated on the plains and hillsides near Piave River.
Classic red vinification for 70% of grapes while 30% of grapes is made to dry on wooden cases for about 90 days. The wine assembled makes a passage of about one year in oak barrels and 8 months in barriques. The Malanotte to obtain the DOCG denomination has to be marketed after at least three years.
Pebbly and permeable soil. Allowing good drainage.

Attractively rustic nose. Full bodied with intense tannins and an elegant, long aftertaste with red fruit and floral sensations. Drink up.Decanter
Nose of black fruits & vanilla. Lush dark berry, blackcurrant and herbal notes. Full-bodied, dry and sophisticated.

Mature cheese and salami; pappardelle with ragu, grilled lamb and roast pork.
