Juicy, elegant palate with green apple, lemon and hazelnut. Bright acidity and refined, persistent perlage. Smooth, fresh, well-balanced and lively with a creamy mouth feel and an elegant aftertaste. This Prosecco has 5.1 bars of atmosphere/pressure, creating vibrant and long-lasting bubbles.
Spumante Prosecco is a fully sparkling wine, perfect for special occasions or anytime a more fully sparkling experience is desired. Spumante produces the characteristic foam when poured as they are more effervescent and complex. A “mushroom” cap and cage is compulsory with spumante, and adds an air of elegance to the overall presentation. Spumante Prosecco can be served as an aperitif, with meals or with sweets, standing up incredibly well to high-fat, rich meals and desserts.
Both Pizzolato Prosecco Spumante and Paloma Rose feature the elegant and eye-catching M*USE bottle. The M*USE Bottle is part of the “Wine & Design” experience from La Cantina Pizzolato, unique with its 3D diamond design, inspiring the muse within. This beautiful and unique bottle is designed to appeal to a consumer seeking a fresh and lively experience and is perfect for parties and special celebrations or any meal calling for a bold sparkling option.
Paloma Rose is a delicious and unique “Rosé Prosecco” is 95% organic Glera (Prosecco) and 5% organic Raboso. It is a bright steely amber color with fruity aromas and flavors of raspberry, white peach, ripe pear, moss, and shale. It has a round, crisp, effervescent, fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, medium-length Greek yogurt, lemon curd, rich honey, and elderflower finish. Lively fruits and a creamy mouthfeel give an impression of decadence in this friendly sparkler.
As a verb, to muse is to consider something thoughtfully. As a noun, it means a person — especially a woman — who is a source of artistic inspiration. Today, a muse is a person who serves as an artist’s inspiration. The M*USE bottle was designed with “high fashion meets sustainability” in mind.
The bottle can have multiple re-uses as a water vessel, candle holder, lighted bottle for the table, and so much more! It’s designed as a piece of art on its own and makes a perfect gift for any occasion, as well as an everyday treat!
100% Organic Prosecco
Both Pizzolato Spumante and Paloma Rose are:
- Made with 100% Organic Grapes
- Certified Vegan by the Vegan Society of the UK
- Feature an Elegant, Unique, Eye-Catching Bottle
- Perfect Pair for Every Celebration
Prosecco Spumante is great paired with meals as well as celebrations. Prosecco Spumante works well with salads and fried foods, such as tempura, calamari and even fried chicken. The bubbles help to release the fat of the fried foods. You can even make a batter with Prosecco Spumante, such as this recipe for Prosecco battered onion rings.
The delicate Paloma Rose is perfect with appetizers such as prosciutto and mild, creamy cheese, as well as with brunch items like omelettes, fruit and pastries. Paloma Rose can also work well with light desserts, especially those with fruit and cream.
Whatever your pleasure, the Pizzolato M*USE bottles are a wonderful addition to your table, virtual party or everyday celebration!
Organic Prosecco Wine by Cantina Pizzolato
The Pizzolato family has been working in the agricultural sector for more than five generations, consistently living in harmony with nature and the environment. The winery combines five generations of farming history and tradition with a deep commitment to organic wine production. This consideration of the natural world creates Italian organic wines of the highest quality.
These are the strong roots of the Pizzolato family, upon which an entire philosophy was built. The path began in 1981, when Settimo Pizzolato joined the company alongside his father Gino. He progressively undertook production of Italian organic wines, among the first wine producers in Italy to do so. Thanks to his desire to maintain the balance of the countryside ecosystem and a commitment to fine organic wine production, in 1991 Settimo was able to obtain the official USDA organic certification. The resulting organic wines have a true taste of place, embodying the terroir on which they were born and a sense of the family’s commitment to live and farm in harmony with nature.
