The Moschofilero grapes are strictly selected from the low yielding organic vineyard in the mountainous Peloponnese region. The Chardonnay grapes are cultivated by Domaine Gioulis in the northern Peloponnese mountains at a 1000m altitude near the village of Klimenti. The soil is clay-limestone nand the vineyard has a northern orientation.
Traditional white wine vinification. Clarification is done by static sedimentation. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Each variety is vinified separately. The blending of the varieties takes place after the fermentation.

- Tasting Notes:
Light yellow color with green tinges. The nose has fresh fruits aromas such as citrus and melon refined with elegant white flowers and rose. The palate: light and tasteful with lemon notes, hints of mint and fresh summer fruits, an elegant crisp acidity combined with a long aftertaste.
"The white Sofos has a pale gold colour and a delicate nose with aromas of rosebud and white flowers, while in the palate it has freshness, medium body and fruity flavours such as pear, white peach and fresh melon. It is a white wine of pleasure which has the aromatic typicity of the indigenous Moschofilero combined with the body and the crisp acidity of a fresh Chardonnay.""Konstantinos Lazarakis"
Bright golden straw color. Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of spiced peaches, lychee, and potpourri with a silky, tangy, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and an even, captivating, medium-length dried apricot and lemon finish with no oak. A tangy, lightly floral Greek white that will be good with seafood.Tastings.com
