The estate is located in the rich and flourishing countryside in the north of Treviso, and the vineyards are situated on the plains and hillsides near Piave river.
Classic red vinification. Fermentation occurs in contact between skins and must for 6-10 days in order to extract more tannins from the skins. Following, the solid part is separated from the liquid part. The skins will be used for Grappa, the liquid will refine in steel tanks and then will be bottled.
Pebbly and permeable soil. Allowing good drainage.
