45 hectares in the permienne depression which extends over Cuers and Puget-Ville. The mistral (wind from North-Ouest) blows strongly and protects the vineyard from disease due to humidity.
De-stemming, crushing and chilling to about 10°C. Pressing under gas inert to keep the precursors of aromas. Settling and fermentation at 16-18°C between 15 and 25 days. Filtration done before bottling.
Clayey-calcareous, draining pebbles.

Work of the soil with compost in order to maintain an excellent organic balance.
- Tasting Notes:
The robe is a pale salmon, with silver hues. The nose is powerful and elegant, with notes of grapefruit, white peaches and strawberry. The mouth is ample and fine, ending with refined flowery notes.
Beautiful orange-pink robe. Nose is clear and intense with citrus fruits, such as orange. The mouth is tender, fruity and dominated by the same profound aromatic palate. Long finish with a hint of acidity. A pleasing rosé!Gilbert & Gaillard
