Vinified in stainless steel thermos-regulated vats. Aged 9 months in 30% new french oak barrels.
- Training system:
The vineyard is held up by Guyot double (Bordeaux style)to obtain the best maturity and also to avoid the phytosanitary disease. The vine is held up by wires.
- Tasting Notes:
A splendid color, crimson with purplish highlights, orange-colored when ageing. Aromas of jammed fruits (blackcurrant & blackberry) fill up the nose. The mouth is fruity, round with supple tannins and a great length. The French oak barrels gives the wine vanilla and woody aromas, it reinforce its natural tannins.Vignobles Raymond
