Analytical Data: 12,0 vol%, 5,5 acidity, residual reductive sugars <1, acetic acid<0,5 Ageing: for about 20 months in steel tanks to keep the flavors fresh Tasting Notes: Red Berries, notes of green pepper, bodied, round. Goes well with grilled meat, cheese, fruits. Color: Deep red with cyan tones Aroma: The powerful combination of the all time classic Cabernet Sauvignon and the smooth ancient Greek variety of Agioritiko has a both fruity and spicy nose. Generally is easier to go than a plain Cabernet Sauvignon, thus easier to combine with a great variety of flavors. Ideal to meat. Conservation Time: Good Ageing potential (5-6 years) |
