The Moschofilero grapes are strictly selected from the low yielding organic vineyard in the mountainous Peloponnese region. The Chardonnay grapes are cultivated by Domaine Gioulis in the northern Peloponnese mountains at a 1000m altitude near the village of Klimenti. The soil is clay-limestone nand the vineyard has a northern orientation.

Training system: normal classical two sided royat (2,40x1), allowing optimal sun and air permeation
Vinification: Traditional white wine vinification. Clarification is done by static sedimentation. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Each variety is vinified separately. The blending of the varieties takes place after the fermentation.
Analytical Data: 12% alc/vol.
Tasting notes: Light yellow color with green tinges. The nose has fresh fruits aromas such as citrus and melon refined with elegant white flowers and rose. The palate: light and tasteful with lemon notes, hints of mint and fresh summer fruits, an elegant crisp acidity combined with a long aftertaste.
