Vinification: Classical rosé production, short maceration to give the optimal rosé coloring, very reductive using carbon gas to ensure best color retention

Ageing: 7 months in steel tanks

Tasting Notes: Pale silver scarlet color. Mild aromas of berries and pepper with a soft, dry-yet-fruity medium an a a tangy cranberry, mineral, and lemon rind finish. A racy, rose with laser-like acidity for the table; pair with salads. –

Color: Rose with slight violet hues

Aroma: Very appealing to many people as it is a light and easy to understand rosé. Light residual sugar giving it a very pleasant appeal

Conservation Time: Good Ageing potential (1 - 2 years)
