Other strict selection has been made before the de-stemming process; the press process has been made delicately. Then the must has been poured in small stainless steel vats at the controlled temperature of 28-30°C. During the fermentation, we make daily manual treading. Maceration lasts 18 days. Tasting Notes: full-bodied, soft, rich and balanced in the mouth with tender tannins & good aromatic persistence. Nice concentration. Color: nice ruby red with hints of purple Aroma: flavors of ripe fruits and marmalades, maraschino cherry, plums, floral notes and violets, with aromatic herb tones at the end.
